The health and well-being of all our customers and employees, as well as their families and friends, is our utmost priority in these challenging times.  Flooring Warehouse is taking all necessary steps to ensure that we are complying with public health guidance.

As an essential business, we are ready to serve the Austin, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Round Rock and South Austin communities with their flooring needs, and all our physical stores are OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

We’ve taken steps to control the number of people in our showrooms and asked that customers and employees practice social distancing. We respectfully ask our customers to use social distancing guidelines while shopping in our stores by allowing at least 6 feet of space between each person.

We’ve increased our protocols in sanitizing surfaces, including all product displays, and our employees are using face masks for the additional safety of all parties and to comply with the City of Austin’s Stay Home – Work Safe Order.  In addition, our employees will be handling all the product samples for customers and all samples will be disinfected before being put back on the display.
